HOW THE DREAM STARTED

Nadya's Dream Pieces started out as just that... Pieces she would dream up to sell in New York City in her early twenties, as a street vendor in the seventies, while a single mom of three very talented children. Her motto has always been "necessity is the mother of invention." Born in the enchanted island of Puerto Rico, to her mom a well known home economics professor and her dad a musician. She quickly learned how to run a home, while always moving to the rhythm of life. Coming from a long line of artists and witches she was on her way and destined to create unique items.

Her inborn sense of spirituality led her to study with many of the great and open minds of our time, among them the Dalai Lama, Deepok Chopra, Brian Weiss, James Von Pragh, and Dr. Wayne Dyer. She has traveled the world learning along the way about minerals and gemstones. What can seem like a simple rock or piece of cement, is to her a fabulous focal piece on a stunning necklace.

Nadya's adventures have led her to many different professions, tarot reader, ordained minister, alchemical hypnotherapist, feng shui interior design, costume design and last but not the least silver smith in Mexico. All of them creating beauty and magic whether it's with your home, jewelry or your spirit. She is a free spirit, full of joy which she infuses into all she does and creates.

Each piece is one of a kind, ceremoniously blessed and infused with good energy.
